1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing x4444 — whether through the website at x4444.vu, the Android mobile application available from the Download page, or any other official platform channel — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all registered users and to any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. x4444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English for users in Pakistan. In the event of any ambiguity, the English language version shall be the authoritative version.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following conditions to register and use x4444:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from x4444.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any Responsible Gaming restriction currently active on your account.

3 Account Registration

Each user may hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same details or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any payment method information required during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. x4444 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account registration is free. x4444 does not charge any fee to create an account.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on x4444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant PKR transfer via mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — instant PKR transfer via mobile wallet
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct PKR transfer from your bank account
• Debit and Credit Cards — PKR card payments
• Mobile Wallets — other approved PKR mobile wallet providers

Deposits are generally credited to your x4444 account balance within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. x4444 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check your provider's terms separately.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR via the same payment methods available for deposits.

Before processing a withdrawal, x4444 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure and may include submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of your payment method or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may delay or prevent the withdrawal being processed.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard accounts: Processed within the standard queue, typically within 24 to 48 hours.
• Silver VIP: Priority queue processing.
• Gold VIP: Same-day processing.
• Platinum and Diamond VIP: Expedited processing, with Diamond members having instant priority processing available.

Transfer time after processing depends on your payment provider. x4444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched from our system.

Any active bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Bonus terms are detailed in Section 6.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

x4444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions where they apply to that offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only available to users who have registered a genuine account with accurate information.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in its offer terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that have not been used before the expiry date will be forfeited.
• x4444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonus funds already credited to accounts that have not yet been forfeited or expired.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the reversal of associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on x4444, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other sporting markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that event, which are displayed within the Sports section.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• x4444 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• Live in-play betting is subject to connection speed and platform availability. x4444 is not responsible for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or activity that suggests access to insider information, may result in bet voidance and account review.

8 Casino and Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino and gaming activity on x4444, including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games and any other game titles available on the platform.

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics where applicable.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed within the individual game information panel. Actual results may vary from the stated RTP in any given session due to the inherent variance of random outcomes.
• Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the affected round will be voided and your stake returned.
• x4444 is not responsible for game disconnections resulting from issues on the player's side, including internet connectivity failures. Where a game is interrupted mid-round due to a confirmed platform-side technical fault, the round will be resolved and settled based on the game's recovery mechanism.
• Bonus buy features, where available in slot titles, are governed by the standard bonus terms in Section 6.
• Fish Games are multiplayer games where outcomes depend on a combination of player skill and game mechanics. Results are final once a round is complete.

9 VIP Programme

The x4444 VIP programme runs across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is determined by VIP points accumulated through qualifying activity across Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games on x4444.

• VIP points are awarded at rates that vary by product section and bet size. Current point earning rates are displayed within the VIP section of your account.
• Tier upgrades are processed automatically when the qualifying point threshold is reached. Tier downgrades are assessed periodically based on activity over a rolling review period.
• VIP benefits — including enhanced bonus terms, lower wagering requirements, faster PKR withdrawal processing and exclusive promotions — are tier-specific and are detailed on the VIP page.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
• x4444 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, point earning rates and tier benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected users in advance where reasonably practicable.

10 Responsible Gaming

x4444 is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all users. The platform provides the following tools, accessible within your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop using the platform entirely.

These tools are built into the platform and can be activated without contacting support. Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, it cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. x4444 will not accept requests to lift these restrictions early.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

x4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment methods or identity details.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Suspicious betting patterns or activity suggesting collusion or match-fixing involvement.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration as a duplicate account.
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, x4444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Legitimate balances on accounts closed for other reasons will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any verification requirements.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance returned to you.

12 Limitation of Liability

x4444 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted, x4444 excludes liability for:

• Interruptions to service, including scheduled maintenance and unscheduled technical outages.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures beyond x4444's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to secure their own login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits x4444's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. x4444's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

13 Privacy and Data

x4444 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify your identity, communicate about your account, and comply with applicable obligations. x4444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform — for example, payment processors required to handle your PKR deposits and withdrawals.

14 Changes to These Terms

x4444 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed on the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

Continued use of x4444 after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any change to the terms, you should close your account before the revised terms come into effect.
